- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Springpoint Finance (Pty) Ltd, who operates the Verifi website. The "Prize" refers to three cash prizes of R10,000.00 each.
- The competition runs from 08 January 2024 to 31 March 2024.
- By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 31 March 2023. The first winner of R10,000 will be selected at random by The Promoter on 01 February from valid January competition entrants. The second winner of R10,000 will be selected at random by The Promoter on 01 March from valid February competition entrants. The third and final winner of R10,000 will be selected at random by The Promoter on 01 April from valid March competition entrants.
- Each winner will be notified within 14 days of the monthly draw.
- Each entrant shall enter the competition by completing the Verifi individual free report registration process on verifi.co.za to be eligible for each monthly prize draw. Incomplete requests from 2023 will be considered only if the registration process is completed by 31 January 2023.
- Third-party requests do not qualify for entry into the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Entrants must be South African residents.
- Only one entry from each contestant will be accepted.
- The entrant agrees to give (where applicable) honest, accurate and current information about the entry and to maintain and update such information when necessary.
- Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and The Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The contact details of the winner obtained during the registration process will be used to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
- In line with FICA legislation, each winner will be required to forward a certified copy of their Identity Document and proof of address (not older than three months) to The Promoter within 14 days of each winner notification. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner on the email address and cell number provided during the entry, however if the winner does not provide the required documents within 14 (fourteen) days after The Promoter’s representative has informed him or her that he / she has won the prize, failing which the winner will forfeit the prize and The Promoter will be entitled to redraw to find an alternative winner.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter may, after the winner has accepted the prize, and both before or after the winner of the Competition has been publicly announced, request that the winners permit the use of their name/s in their marketing material.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
- In the event of any act of God, strike, war, warlike operation, rebellion, riot, civil commotion, lockout, combination of workmen, interference of trade unions, suspension of labour, fire, accident, or (without regard to the foregoing enumeration) of any circumstances arising or action taken beyond or outside the reasonable control of The Promoter preventing them from the performance of any obligation to an entrant (any such event hereinafter called "Force Majeure") then The Promoter shall be relieved of all such obligations to the entrant during the period that such Force Majeure continues and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any obligations or loss or damage which the entrant may suffer due to or resulting from the Force Majeure.
